PURPOSE
A Spokane Regional Competition for Middle School Career and Technical Education (CTE) Students who have an interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

STEM Superstars 2027 Registration
CTE teachers/advisors from participating school districts will use this form to register individuals and teams interested in competing in the STEM Superstars competition at Spokane Community College. The teacher/advisor completing this form will receive an emailed copy of the submission. Edits and changes will be allowed. Please save the email containing the form responses to make edits.
CTE teachers/advisors should have participating students submit the Required Student Forms before the competition.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is lunch available, or do we bring our own?
- Lunch, including beverages, is included in the registration.
- Students with allergies should bring their own.
- Students may bring their water bottles to use throughout the event.
What do advisors or students need to bring?
- Laptop
- Pens/Pencils
- Completed release forms
- See competition guidelines for the competition-specific supplies needed
Can parents watch during the day?
- No. This event is structured similarly to high school CTSO competitions. Parents are not allowed to watch.
- Parents may sign up as volunteers for the event, but cannot be in the same competition area as their students.
- Parents may attend the awards ceremony.
To what extent can I coach students during their competition?
- Advisors are not permitted to coach students during competition.
